Process

I. The Awakening: Preparation at the Summit

The transformation begins on the summit plateau of the Gaisberg. As we align the paraglider together in the wind, our gaze sweeps far across the Salzburg Basin to the horizon. It is this special moment of calm before taking off: you feel the harness holding you securely and the cool breeze guiding us. Up here, high above the hustle and bustle of the city, thoughts reorganize themselves.

II. The Magical Moment: The Take-off Run

A few brave steps into the slope, the paraglider fills with life and gently lifts us out of everyday life. The feeling when the ground gives way beneath your feet is indescribable. It's not falling, but being carried. In this moment, it becomes clear: the sky is not a place you visit, but a state you experience.

III. The Soaring: Panorama Between Rock and Distant Views

We glide along the forested slopes of the Gaisberg, always with this prime view of the panorama below us. Hohensalzburg Fortress and the baroque spires of the city appear like a precious miniature, as we use the updrafts to silently spiral higher. We fly in harmony with nature – close enough to marvel at the details of the city, yet far enough away to enjoy the absolute freedom of the mountain world.

IV. The Return: Gentle Landing in the Green

The circle closes as we slowly approach the landing field. As the world on the ground grows larger again, the feeling of vastness remains within you. We land gently in the green, gravity has us back – but your gaze will now always wander longingly upwards, to where city and sky touch.
